Prospect Rehabilitation also works with all auto insurance and worker's compensation carriers.

As a courtesy to our patients, Prospect Rehabilitation will submit claims to all insurance companies.  However, if your carrier is not listed above, please note that your claims will be processed at the out-of-network benefit level.
